The screed had been installed on a separating layer and was no longer able to withstand the strain of pallet truck traffic, especially in areas with lower layer thicknesses. The exposed raw concrete floor was shot blasted and showed enormous differences in height.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, the epoxy resin primer AB-Pox 001 from AB-Polymerchemie in Aurich was applied. The resin was sanded with quartz sand over the entire surface while still fresh.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the extreme differences in height of the raw concrete floor, the new structure had to be built in highly variable layer thicknesses of 25\u2013100 mm in order to compensate for the unevenness.<\/p>\n<p>The flowing screed was then installed in two sections on the following two days. The cement-bound binder VELOSIT SC 245 was used with tested and washed sand with a grain size of 0\u20138 mm. VELOSIT SC 245-based screed surfaces achieve a compressive strength of 25\u201330 N\/mm\u00b2 after just one day and are then fully usable. In the formulation used, the screed achieves class CT-C50-F7.<\/p>\n<p>Das Objekt brachte einige logistische Herausforderungen mit sich, da es keine Lagerfl\u00e4chen f\u00fcr das Bindemittel gab und auch eine Lieferung in BigBags nicht in Frage kam. Deshalb wurde VELOSIT SC 245<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>im Silozug direkt auf die Baustelle geliefert, und dort in die Bindemittelkammern der zwei Pumptrucks<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>der Firma Kotan Bau GmbH eingeblasen.
