KG verkoopt sinds 1894 wereldwijd gespecialiseerde chemische en minerale producten. Een deel van een hal (ca. 1.100 m\u00b2) was aan vervanging toe. De vloer en de randen van de hellingen moesten opnieuw worden gecoat.<\/p>\n<p>De opdracht voor de renovatie werd in 2023 gegund aan Leonhard Weiss. Vervolgens werd het oppervlak voorbehandeld met epoxyhars en volledig geschuurd met kwartszand.<\/p>\n<p>Ongeveer 34,5 ton VELOSIT SC 252 werd door Kotan Bau met behulp van een Mix Mobil Bremat S3.15 in minder dan 3 uur verpompt. De zelfnivellerende, cementgebonden vloeregalisatiemortel werd door Leonhard Weiss aangebracht in een laagdikte van ca. 17 mm.<\/p>\n<p>De vloeregalisatiemortels op basis van VELOSIT SC 252 bereiken al na korte tijd een druksterkte van meer dan 30 MPa en zijn dan al volledig bruikbaar.
