In the newly built 17-storey luxury apartment complex Avita in Guatemala City, waterproofing systems from VELOSIT were used in various trades.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n

The balconies, bathrooms, planters and the building’s own sewage system were waterproofed with VELOSIT WP 101 and VELOSIT WP 120. VELOSIT RM 202 was used as a repair mortar on floor and wall surfaces.<\/p>\n

The highlight of the project was the central pool area, which was designed by Watermania. Watermania builds swimming pools in Central America and the Caribbean and uses a system consisting of VELOSIT WP 120 and our waterproofing tapes as their standard waterproofing system.<\/p>\n
