Years of heavy-duty use and heat generated by welding had caused severe damage to the floor. Once the oil residues had been removed from the floor, the surface was pretreated with VELOSIT PR 303 2K epoxy primer and then completely covered with 0.7 mm \u2013 1.25 mm quartz sand.<\/p>\n<p>VELOSIT SL 507 was installed using an M tec Duo Mix by Eichhorn Beschichtungstechnik.<\/p>\n<p>Although VELOSIT SL 507 is not suitable for grinding due to its extremely hard aggregates, it is possible to polish the surface to achieve a silk matt appearance.<\/p>\n<p>The entire surface was also treated with the silicate\/siliconate surface finish VELOSIT FH 921, which ensured an even denser and easier-to-clean structure.<\/p>\n<p>The client is very satisfied with the result.
