The balconies, bathrooms, planters and the building’s own sewage system were waterproofed with VELOSIT WP 101 and VELOSIT WP 120. VELOSIT RM 202 was used as a repair mortar on floor and wall surfaces.
The highlight of the project was the central pool area, which was designed by Watermania. Watermania builds swimming pools in Central America and the Caribbean and uses a system consisting of VELOSIT WP 120 and our waterproofing tapes as their standard waterproofing system.
