The concrete fish and filter basins of a fish farm were getting on in years and needed to be renovated.
In the first phase, 2,200 sqm were carried out. Most of the surfaces were treated with VELOSIT WP 101 – a rigid cementitious waterproofing – and some with the flexible VELOSIT WP 120 in combination with our VELOSIT DB 830 joint tape. The surface repairs were carried out with VELOSIT RM 203 and RM 205.
The tanks are part of a land-based salmon farm and further phases of this project will follow over the next three years.
